Self-register user guide

1. Fill out the application form

Please select the type you wish to sign up for.

2. Select a rate plan

Please select the rate plan you wish to use.

3. Agree to Terms of Use

You must agree to the required terms and conditions required to use the service to proceed to the next step.

4. Enter registration information

Customer details and real name verification are required, so please prepare supporting documents.

One of from resident registration card, driver’s license, passport etc.

5. Enter billing/payment information

Please select a payment method and enter the relevant information.

6. Registration completed

Self-opening has been completed. Now feel free to use the service.

  • 1. If you are a minor or foreigner

    In this case, registration is only possible through ‘online registration application’.

    Please apply by clicking the menu [Self-registration] - [Go to self-registration] - [Online registration application] button.

  • 2. Things to keep in mind when writing SIM serial number

    If you enter the wrong number, activation may not be possible or a different SIM may be activated. Please enter it accurately.

  • 3. In case of number transfer(MNP), please prepare one of the following information.

    Payment information from the carrier you are currently using is required. (Credit card number or automatic transfer account number)

    ※ When signing up self-registration/number transfer through mobile phone, we recommend for trying in a Wi-Fi connecting environment.

  • 4. When activation is complete, please insert the SIM card into your mobile phone and use it.

    If the phone does not connect immediately, try rebooting 2-3 times.

Precautions when self-registration

  • 1. Precautions regarding desired number when registering as a new member

    You can only select the last 4 digits of your desired number.

    If activation is not possible with the number you want, a similar number will be opened. If you do not like the number, you can change it through the customer center or app.

  • 2. Precautions when number transfer MNP (using the same number as before)

    When transferring a number, authentication from the mobile carrier you are currently using is required.

    A text message for prior consent will be sent, and if not received, consent is required through the telecommunication company's ARS.
